In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty, by informing House of MURO within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from housemuro.com.
IMPORTANT! Since our products are all made-to-order, and because we customize and personalize them especially for each customer, they cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or is not as specificated in the customer order.
To return a purchased item, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be either defective or damaged
- The item must be in it original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included
- The item must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received
- The item must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered

Sizes change from brand to brand:
It is important to check your actual body measurements in inches/cm before purchasing, and in case the body measurements are on the upper end of the scale, please order the next size up. Do not trust the XS, S, L etc, they change from brand to brand
Colors may vary:
Please bear in mind that the actual color of our products may be slightly different from the one you see online due to the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on housemuro.com. However, as the colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Most of our prints are all over, hence the position of the pattern may slightly vary from size to size and from the items that appear on housemuro.com.
All items are quality checked before they are dispatched to customers.
